Art. 2 — Purpose Promote a well-founded understanding of digital developments and their implications for state, economy and society in Switzerland.
Art. 6–8 — Bodies and governance General Assembly, Board and optionally Auditors; the Board manages affairs, strategy, publications and representation.
Art. 7 — Powers of the General Assembly Adopts statutes, elects the Board, approves annual accounts, sets membership fees and decides on dissolution.
Art. 8 — Board responsibilities Strategic direction, admission and exclusion of members, execution of activities, publications and positioning.
Art. 12–13 — Dissolution and entry into force Remaining assets go to a Swiss organisation with similar purpose; statutes enter into force upon adoption.

Interested in contributing?

The DDA welcomes natural and legal persons who support its purpose. Membership is decided by the Board. The Association also creates space for cooperation, publications and discourse formats around key digital questions in Switzerland.
